Marek is a safe, conscientious driver who you can see takes great pride in his job and the associated responsibility. His co-driver Mark is a superstar with the children, building a great rapport with them and as such earning their respect. He is professional, assertive but most of all friendly. He has their safety at the heart of everything, reminding us parents not to cross in front/behind of the bus. And, just this morning, Mark was great at diffusing recent pushing incidents when he took control over the boarding of the bus, asking the little ones to board first followed by the older. It worked beautifully and spared any quibbling amongst parents. They’re a credit to TJ’s and I very much hope they know how appreciative I am as a parent.

I would just like to say a massive thank you for providing us with this service. I work at pinderfields ,but I board at Pontefract for the 6.00am shuttle. The drivers are an absolute delight. We used to have Chris, she was amazing and cheerful every single day. But has gone on to work the coaches. We now have Emma who is a breath of fresh air and always chats with us before setting off. She's a very considerate and lovely person. Lee who sometimes takes us back to Pontefract on the 1.45 shuttle is also an amazing person, always smiling and chats along with us before setting off. I have to say Nicola is by far the best driver we could have had, she was amazing with everyone on the coach journey as well as throughout the weekend, keeping us all informed of everything and making sure we were all ok and happy, all the kids absolutely loved her she was brilliant with them, my granddaughter has not stopped talking about her since we got home . The access into the parking area was so tight as to be almost impossible for the driver to get to the hotel. It took her 20 minutes to negotiate the turn which was far to tight and restricted by parked cars (legally outside their homes) and posts and barriers. This is a known problem and Holiday Inn does not appear to address the issue. Your driver did EXCEPTIONALLY well to get into the car park last night and had serious trouble this morning getting away from the hotel. Jane is an excellent driver and managed a tense situation extremely well without getting flustered.

Nothing was too much trouble for him, he really did look after the wellbeing of the passengers.
